IK-mat: Kurset bygger på HACCP prinsippet (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), et internasjonalt anerkjent system for fareanalyse og risikovurdering for næringsmiddelindustrien.
Det er et lovpålagt krav at alle som jobber med mat skal ha kjennskap til HACCP prinsippene. Dette kurset gir nødvendig dokumentasjon.
HACCP kurs er lovpålagt for alle som håndterer mat. Dette kurset gir ansatte en komplett oversikt over aspekter som matforgiftning, oppbevaring og den nødvendigheten av god hygiene og rutiner.
Opplæringen gir den enkelte tilstrekkelig kunnskap og grunnforutsetninger for å praktisere ”trygg mat”.
